Founded in 2000, Dongguan Honghao High-New Technique Development Co.,Ltd was an private company which proved to be the first one in China to research, develop and sell one-off biodegradable corn starch tableware. We’ve been authorized by Guangdong Science and Technology Department as a hi-tech enterprise and have grown into an inter-disciplinary group with large-scale production, advanced technology, top-quality facility and scientific management system. Now we own a production line machinery company, a biodegradable corn starch food containers factory and a molds manufacturing centre.
Nowadays, as the white-pollution problem becoming more and more critical, people resort to not using disposable items. However, we can’t deny the fact that disposable items do bring a lot of convenience to our life and they won’t be replaced in a short time. So Honghao found that Non-GMO corn starch material could solve the pollution problem while satisfy people’s demand for convenience. After years of experiments and tests, we have perfected the technology and formula, made biodegradable, innoxious, water and oil proof and tableware in good appearance possible. Now, our commercial network has covered all over the world.
Our company has got the QS and ISO 9001:2000 certifications。Tableware manufactured by Honghao was the first one in this industry that had met ISO14855 international biodegradation standard and reached the biodegradation rate of 91.07%. They passed the composting test run by Development Centre for Biotechnology (DCB), the toxicity test by Guangdong Institute of Microbiology(GIM) and National Science Foundation(NSF) and the durability test by Plastic Industry Development Center(PIDC).
Automatic computer control is applied in our production line, which makes the producing efficient and the quality reliable. This production line is suitable for not only plant starch powder but also plastic material.
Our machinery company and tableware factory cooperate closely to form a team. They manufacture machines and test them by production until they work perfectly, which means every single machine we made and sold, we made sure them qualified. We sold the production lines to Shandong, Zhejiang, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Shanxi, and abroad to Vietnam, America and Iran, etc. We help our customers from feasibility analysis before purchase, the design of the workshop to the training of technicians(including maintenance of machines and production guidance ), and we sell the formula with the transferring of the production lines.
